So Saturday is mine and my friend at the 5th Birthday. We decided to cook this year. I want to find a recipe for steak rare and exciting, perhaps with roast beef, tenderloin or filet mignon. I was looking for a meal. Please help! Oh yes, we do not have a grill !!!!!!

The classic French steak au poivre is - Pepper Steak. Contrary to what we think is a big part of French cuisine, this is not really sharp. That gives you a little room for side dishes.
